AceWin Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

The AceWin platform is open to individuals who meet the following requirements. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy all of the stated conditions.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. AceWin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to be held by an underage individual will be terminated immediately, with the remaining balance returned to the rightful next of kin.
• Location: AceWin services are intended for users in Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of AceWin services complies with the local laws applicable in your area.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under legal guardianship are not eligible to register.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted only one AceWin account. This applies even when sharing a device, IP address, or residential address with another person — each individual may only hold one personal account registered in their own name.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. AceWin reserves the right to request verification of this information at any time.

Your AceWin account is your personal responsibility. The following terms relating to account management are important for you to fully understand.

Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your AceWin account password and login credentials secure. Never share your login details with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be AceWin staff. AceWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): AceWin recommends enabling two-factor authentication for added account security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the AceWin support team immediately via live chat or email support@acewin.run.

Account Activity: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as "dormant accounts". AceWin reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of RM5 on dormant accounts after the 12-month period, subject to prior notice sent to the member's registered email address.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds MYR5,000, AceWin reserves the right to request KYC documents, including:

• Copy of identity card (MyKad) — front and back
• Recent bank statement (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of address (utility bill or official letter)
• Selfie holding your identity card (if requested)

Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 days may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawals on the account in question.

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same member's name. AceWin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made, to prevent the use of the AceWin platform as a money transfer facility.
• AceWin reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while a KYC review or security investigation is in progress.
• All withdrawals are processed during standard business hours (9 AM – 11 PM, Monday to Sunday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed in the next available session.

AceWin bonuses and promotions are designed to add value for our loyal members. However, all bonuses are subject to fair usage terms to ensure the AceWin platform remains sustainable and equitable for all users.

Wagering Requirement: Each AceWin bonus carries its own wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount) a specified number of times before any funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly displayed on the relevant promotions page.

Bonus Time Limit: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically with no compensation.

Bonus Abuse Policy: AceWin employs a sophisticated system to detect bonus abuse, including:

• Creating duplicate accounts to claim registration bonuses multiple times
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus wagering requirements
• Exclusively using low-risk betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements
• Withdrawing immediately upon meeting the minimum wagering requirement with no genuine intention to play

Any member found abusing AceWin bonuses may forfeit their bonus, any bonus-related winnings, and in serious cases, have their account terminated.

All games offered on AceWin — including slots, baccarat, poker, jackpot, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), and e-sports — are subject to the following general rules.

Game Integrity: AceWin uses gaming software and technology that has been certified by independent international bodies. All games operate on a genuine random number generator (RNG) that cannot be influenced by any party, including AceWin itself.

Third-Party Software Prohibition: The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any AceWin game is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting — Special Rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the AceWin system.
• In the event a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, AceWin reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the staked amount.
• Odds displayed are current at the time the bet is placed. AceWin is not responsible for any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed.
• Betting limits for each match and market are set by AceWin and are subject to change based on risk factors.

Technical Disruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, AceWin will rely on server records to determine a fair game outcome. Decisions based on server records are final and binding.

AceWin is a community built on mutual respect. All members are expected to uphold the following code of conduct in every interaction on the platform.

Strictly Prohibited Activities:

• Use of offensive, racist, or threatening language on the platform, including in live chat and game chat rooms
• Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the AceWin system in any way
• Spreading false or misleading information about AceWin to other members
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games such as poker
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Engaging in money laundering activities through the AceWin platform

AceWin is committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all members. Any complaints regarding inappropriate conduct may be reported to the AceWin support team at support@acewin.run.

Voluntary Closure: Members may close their AceWin account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance (once all applicable wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the original deposit method within 5 to 7 business days.

Suspension by AceWin: AceWin reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes, including but not limited to:

• Pending identity verification
• Suspicious or unusual activity
• Complaints or disputes currently under review
• Requests from relevant authorities

Account Termination: AceWin reserves the right to terminate any member's account without prior notice if that member is found to have violated any terms in this document. In cases of termination due to fraud or illegal activity, the account balance may be forfeited in full.

AceWin makes every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption. However, there are certain limitations on AceWin's liability that you should be aware of.

No Guarantee of Winnings: Playing on AceWin involves the risk of losing money. AceWin makes no guarantees regarding winnings, and it is entirely your responsibility to play only with money you can afford to lose.

Service Disruptions: AceWin is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, poor internet connectivity, user device failure, or circumstances beyond AceWin's control (force majeure).

Compensation Limits: Should AceWin be found liable for any loss, AceWin's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

AceWin takes the privacy of all our members seriously. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy.

In summary, AceWin collects your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification

How Amendments Are Communicated:

• Active members will receive notification at their registered email address at least 7 days before major amendments take effect
• For minor amendments that do not affect members' fundamental rights, shorter notice periods may apply

Ongoing Consent: Continued use of the AceWin platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the amendment's effective date.

Applicable Laws: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through channels designated by AceWin, and AceWin's decisions on all matters relating to the interpretation of these terms are final.
