Process register with AceWin quick and easy, taking less than 2 minutes. Head to registration page, enter your full name, email address, Malaysian phone number, and date of birth. Create a username and password, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click "Register Now". No documents are required at this stage. You can start playing as soon as your first deposit is made.

AceWin members must be at least 18 years old. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions. During registration, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. AceWin reserves the right to request document verification (IC/Passport) at any time and will close the account of any member found to be underage.

No. Each individual is only permitted a single AceWin account only. Having more than one account (multi-accounting) is a serious violation of AceWin's Terms & Conditions. If found to be in breach, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and accounts permanently closed. If you've forgotten your password or login details, please use the "Forgot Password" function or contact our support team.

On the AceWin login, click the link "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address or phone number. The system will send a 6-digit OTP code to your email or via SMS within 1–3 minutes. Enter the code, type your new password (at least 8 characters), and confirm. Your new password will be active immediately. If you don't receive the OTP, check your email spam folder or contact our live chat support.

Log in to your AceWin account and go to Account Settings → My Profile. You can update your phone number, email address, display name, and bank account details for withdrawals. For changes to sensitive information such as your full name or date of birth, please contact AceWin customer support and submit the relevant identity verification documents (MyKad or Passport).

Accounts are typically locked after several consecutive failed login attempts. Your account will be unlocked automatically after 30 minutes. If your account is locked for other reasons (such as a security review or suspicious activity), please contact AceWin customer support via 24/7 live chat with your identity verification details ready. Our team will process your request within 24 hours.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. Documents accepted by AceWin are: (1) Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or Passport. (2) A screenshot or receipt statement from your payment method (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, bank statement, etc.). Documents must be clear and up to date. The verification process takes 1–3 business days.

If you'd like to close your account, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select the self-exclusion or permanent account closure option. Alternatively, contact our customer support team. Before closing your account, make sure you withdraw any remaining balance. Any funds in your account will be returned to you within 5 business days after the closure is processed. Account closure is final and cannot be reversed.

Deposits & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at AceWin is RM10 for most payment methods. However, to qualify for the 150% welcome bonus, the minimum deposit required is RM30. The default maximum daily deposit is RM50,000, but you can set a lower deposit limit yourself through the Responsible Gaming settings in your account.

All deposits at AceWin are processed instantly — usually within 1–5 minutes. If your funds haven't arrived after 15 minutes, please check whether your transaction was successful on your payment provider's end (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, your bank, etc.). If the transaction went through on your end but your AceWin balance hasn't been updated, contact our support team with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your receipt) and we'll resolve it within 30 minutes.

No. AceWin does not charge any processing fees or handling charges on deposits. 100% of the amount you deposit will be credited in full to your gaming account. The only possible charges are fees from your own e-wallet provider or bank for certain transfers — check with your provider if you're unsure.

If your deposit fails, check the following: (1) Make sure your e-wallet or bank account has sufficient funds. (2) Make sure you have not reached the daily or monthly transaction limit for your chosen payment method. (3) Try a different payment method. (4) Make sure your internet connection is stable during the payment process. If funds have been deducted from your account but the deposit has not been credited, the amount will typically be reversed automatically within 1–3 business days. For security and regulatory compliance, AceWin does not recommend deposit made by a third party using an account or payment method not registered in your name. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered under the same member's name. This is part of the anti-money laundering (AML) procedures that AceWin adheres to.

Withdrawals may be held for several reasons: (1) KYC verification incomplete — please submit the required documents. (2) An active bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement is attached to your account. (3) Bank account details do not match the name on your AceWin account. (4) Suspicious account activity is currently under review. (5) The withdrawal method does not match the deposit method used. Please contact our support team for more details on your withdrawal status.

No. For security and regulatory compliance, AceWin only allows withdrawals to bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment methods that registered in your own name — matching the name on your AceWin account. This is to protect you from fraud and ensure transaction transparency.

AceWin does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, for Silver-tier members who make more than 3 withdrawals per day, a small admin fee of RM2 may apply from the fourth withdrawal onwards. The wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. For welcome bonus: 30x the bonus amount.
